Holidays are a time of increased workload for flower shops. To ensure delivery for every customer, we follow certain rules during these days:

We do not guarantee delivery at an exact time, but we always coordinate a convenient time window with the recipient.

Delivery is carried out from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Priority is given to orders placed in advance.

For oversized goods requiring special transport, delivery is calculated separately.

Daytime delivery in Odesa is available within 2–3 hours after payment.
Night delivery is available at night rates with prior order.
Self-pickup is available for pre-ordered bouquets or arrangements
(daily from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM, 27 Kolontayivska Street).
Order processing is from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM. Orders placed after 7:00 PM will be delivered no earlier than 10:00 AM the next day.
