Delivery on Holidays

Holidays are a time of increased workload for flower shops. To ensure delivery for every customer, we follow certain rules during these days:

• We do not guarantee delivery at an exact time, but we always coordinate a convenient time window with the recipient.
• Delivery is carried out only after a предварительный звонок → prior phone call. Upon your request, we can keep the surprise and not inform the recipient about the gift.
• If the required flowers or gifts are unavailable, we reserve the right to replace them with similar ones in price and appearance without prior approval from the customer.
• Delivery is carried out from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
• Priority is given to orders placed in advance.

For oversized goods requiring special transport, delivery is calculated separately.

The cost of night delivery by districts can also be уточнить → clarified with our managers.

We can deliver bouquets and gifts knowing only the recipient’s phone number.
