  • We do not guarantee delivery at an exact time, but we always coordinate a convenient time window with the recipient.

  • Night delivery is available at night rates with prior order.
  • Self-pickup is available for pre-ordered bouquets or arrangements
    (daily from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM, 27 Kolontayivska Street).
  • Order processing is from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM. Orders placed after 7:00 PM will be delivered no earlier than 10:00 AM the next day.
