Holidays are a time of increased workload for flower shops. To ensure delivery for every customer, we follow certain rules during these days:

  • We do not guarantee delivery at an exact time, but we always coordinate a convenient time window with the recipient.

For oversized goods requiring special transport, delivery is calculated separately.

  • Order processing is from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM. Orders placed after 7:00 PM will be delivered no earlier than 10:00 AM the next day.
