Delivery on Holidays
Holidays are a time of increased workload for flower shops. To ensure delivery for every customer, we follow certain rules during these days:
- We do not guarantee delivery at an exact time, but we always coordinate a convenient time window with the recipient.
- Delivery is carried out only after a предварительный звонок → prior phone call. Upon your request, we can keep the surprise and not inform the recipient about the gift.
- If the required flowers or gifts are unavailable, we reserve the right to replace them with similar ones in price and appearance without prior approval from the customer.
- Delivery is carried out from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Priority is given to orders placed in advance.

Flower Delivery in Odesa
Delivery rates outside the city of Odesa can be уточнить → clarified with our managers by phone: +38096 769-96-93.
For oversized goods requiring special transport, delivery is calculated separately.
The cost of night delivery by districts can also be уточнить → clarified with our managers.
We can deliver bouquets and gifts knowing only the recipient’s phone number.

Working Conditions
To ensure you have only a positive experience, please note:
- Daytime delivery in Odesa is available within 2–3 hours after payment.
- Night delivery is available at night rates with prior order.
- Self-pickup is available for pre-ordered bouquets or arrangements
(daily from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM, 27 Kolontayivska Street). - Order processing is from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM. Orders placed after 7:00 PM will be delivered no earlier than 10:00 AM the next day.
